Training sessions are Saturdays 6.00pm to 7.00pm and are booked in blocks of ten sessions. All confirmed bookings are listed below:

5 - Saturday 31st October 2009
6 - Saturday 7th November 2009 - Time Change 4.30 to 5.30pm

8 - Saturday 28th November 2009
9 - Sunday 6th December 2009 - 5pm to 6pm
10 - Saturday 12th December 2009 - Time Change 4.00 to 5.00pm
KJFC Gala Saturday 21st November 2009 - 4pm to 8pm
PLEASE NOTE
Alan Barber & Alaric Smith will be helping with the coaching this year. Alaric has committed to coach this year and Alan will be along when he is available. It is hoped that there will be a coach available for most sessions, however should there be a week when coaching is not available there are laminated training sheets for you to use on poolside.
Additional Team Training
Additional training sessions are held at the Aldershot Garrison Pool on a monthly basis. These sessions are arranged by Simon Kidd of the Spitfires Finswimming Club contact details are:
